2. Nature of Services and Educational Scope
Focus Layer Core provides technical, hands-on educational training in hardware electronics, diagnostics, thermal airflow management, and power quality assessments. Our services are educational and consultative in nature.
- Educational Training: Masterclasses and workshops are conducted to teach diagnostic principles, soldering and probing techniques, and hardware maintenance. - Audit & Advisory Reports: On-site electrical and airflow audits provide advisory guidance and calculations referencing Australian Standards (including AS/NZS 3000). All electrical modifications to high-voltage or three-phase premises must be executed and certified by a licensed Registered Electrical Contractor (REC).
- No Financial or Investment Advice: Focus Layer Core does not provide financial product advice, investment guarantees, cryptocurrency price forecasts, or profit assurances. Discussions of hash rates, network difficulty, or energy costs are purely mechanical, historical, or illustrative engineering models.
3. Laboratory Safety & Participant Conduct
When attending in-person workshops at our facility (27 River Road, Cowwarr VIC 3858) or utilizing lab test benches:
- Participants must wear enclosed footwear and appropriate safety glasses and comply with all instructions issued by laboratory instructors.
- Intentional tampering with high-voltage busbars, safety interlocks, or unauthorized modification of live power supplies is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.
- Participants must use supplied ESD-safe wrist straps and anti-static mats when handling exposed silicon or hashboard circuits.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, diagnostic checklists, custom firmware configuration scripts, technical schematics, diagrams, articles, and documentation provided during workshops or published on focuslayercore.click remain the exclusive intellectual property of Focus Layer Core Pty Ltd.
