Physical Infrastructure

Specialized Diagnostic & Engineering Stations

Every attendee at our workshops is assigned dedicated equipment. We maintain a strict ratio of no more than eight participants per session to ensure every student receives direct bench guidance.

Station 01 Bench Station

Component-Level Diagnostics & Signal Tracing

Six anti-static bench stations equipped with Siglent 4-channel oscilloscopes, Fluke 87V precision multimeters, Hakko micro-soldering irons, stereo inspection microscopes, and isolated DC power supplies.

Practical Focus: LDO voltage regulator isolation, domain signal chain tracing, and SMD capacitor replacement.
Station 02 Bench Station

Thermal Profiling & Interface Renewal

Dual FLIR thermal imaging stations and precision torque-limiting screwdrivers. Students practice proper heatsink surface preparation, isopropyl cleaning, and phase-change thermal pad positioning.

Practical Focus: Eliminating hot spots, heat sink surface flatness verification, and delta-T measurement.
Station 03 Bench Station

Airflow Wind Tunnel & Static Pressure Lab

A variable-speed duct test bench connected to hot aisle / cold aisle chambers. Measure static pressure drops across various filter media (G4, MERV 8, MERV 13) and test high-RPM fan acoustic baffles.

Practical Focus: CFM curve verification, negative pressure prevention, and acoustic attenuation.
Station 04 Bench Station

Single-Phase Immersion Demonstration Rig

A 4-tank operational single-phase dielectric immersion setup plumbed to an external dry cooler. Features brazed plate heat exchangers, variable frequency pumps, and fan-spoofer control board testing.

Practical Focus: Fluid viscosity management, dielectric safety protocols, and silent operation.
Lab Safety Protocols

Industrial Safety in an Educational Environment

High-amperage direct current circuits and high-velocity server fans present real physical hazards if mishandled. Our laboratory enforces rigorous electrical isolation and physical safety standards.

  • Isolated variable DC power supplies on all diagnosis benches to prevent busbar arcing.
  • Class 100 anti-static ESD mats with verified earth ground bonding at every seat.
  • Integrated hot-exhaust ducting and HEPA/MERV air scrubbers to keep the lab clean and quiet.
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, and torque-calibrated precision hand tools supplied to all participants.
