We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. Course fees cover all physical workbench materials, diagnostic test hardware, take-home toolkits, and instructor bench time. On-site audits include formal AS/NZS 3000 compliance documentation.

Travel & Regional Audit Policies
For on-site audits within Gippsland, Latrobe Valley, and Greater Melbourne, travel is included in our base fee. For properties in Northern/Western Victoria and Southern NSW, travel allowances (fuel, vehicle wear, and overnight accommodation if required) are quoted upfront with zero hidden surcharges.
Payment Terms & Invoicing
To reserve a workbench seat in our Cowwarr lab, a 30% deposit is required upon registration confirmation, with the remainder payable 7 days prior to the workshop date. Commercial invoices with itemised GST are issued for all business tax deductibility.
