Immersion & Dielectric Fluid Practical Lab
Hands-on immersion workshop covering single-phase synthetic fluids, dry cooler heat rejection, pump hydraulic curves, and gasket safety.
Program Overview & Learning Objectives
Submerging high-voltage computing hardware into dielectric fluid eliminates ambient dust ingress and enables silent high-density operation. This masterclass covers the physical mechanics of single-phase immersion: dielectric fluid chemistry, pump head pressure, plate heat exchangers, dry coolers, and fan-spoofer firmware modification.
What is Included & Core Deliverables
- Live operational immersion tank teardown and inspection
- Fluid viscosity, flash point, and breakdown voltage testing procedures
- Plumbing schematics, check valves, and brazed plate heat exchanger sizing
- Fan simulator firmware installation and sensor bypass verification
- Fluid maintenance, filtration, and spill containment protocols
Prerequisites & Safety Requirements
Prior completion of ASIC Hardware Masterclass or proven electrical/mechanical background.
